How long will it take for my order to ship?

All Ponomo jewelry and leather work is handmade in the Ponomo studio by artist/designer, Hannah Tarkinson. Ordinarily we are able to ship out your order within one to three business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

CUSTOM ORDERS: The turn-around time and shipping ETA on custom orders will be determined during your consultation with Hannah.
STUDIO PICK-UP: If you're local and would like to avoid shipping costs, we offer a studio pick up option at no fee. You will see this at check-out. Once you've selected this option, please email us at: info@ponomostyle.com and write "Studio pick-up" in the subject line. We will get back to you asap with some day/time options.
Because the Ponomo studio is open by appointment only, you must make an appointment to pick up your order.

Do you make custom pieces?

Yes, yes, yes! It's our favorite. Please contact us at: info@ponomostyle.com with "custom" in the subject line to set up a free consultation appointment.

Do you make custom wedding collections?

Yes!! We are happy to create a custom wedding collection that's unique to you and your wedding party. From the engagement ring and wedding bands to jewelry and leather goods for the bridesmaids and groomsmen, we are happy to adorn you and your loved ones on your special day. We even make custom bouquets out of vintage rhinestones and unique family findings provided by the bride and groom to be. Can you make custom pieces from jewelry and personal findings provided by the customer?

Absolutely! It is an honor when we are asked to repurpose, refresh, and/or enhance a customer's piece(s). This is a big part of our business and the collaborative experience is why we love what we do. Do you resize Ponomo jewelry and leather accessories?

Yes! As long as the piece you want adjusted is able to be resized without compromising the integrety of the piece and/or it's materials, we would be happy to do so. Simply contact us by email at info@ponomostyle.com with "resize" in the subject line to set up a consultation.

*Jewelry and/or leather work resized by any other jeweler or leather worker will not be covered under the Ponomo implied warranty.

I lost one of my Ponomo earrings, can you re-make a mate?

We're happy to recreate a mate for your lone Ponomo earring. To have a replacement earring made, please contact us by email at info@ponomostyle.com with "replacement earring" in the subject line.

What is your repair policy?

We guarantee the quality of our work. With any repair inquries, please contact us by email at info@ponomostyle.com and write "repair" in the subject line to set up a consultation.

*Ponomo pieces repaired by any other jeweler or leather worker will not be covered under Ponomo's implied warranty.

*Our repair services are only for Ponomo jewelry and leatherwork. Due to limited time, we do not offer repair services for any product that isn't made by Ponomo.

Is there a Ponomo storefront?

Ponomo is a studio based operation and is open to visitors by appointment only. To visit the Ponomo studio, simply email us to figure out a time to come by: info@ponomostyle.com with "studio visit" in the subject line.
